Tips For Dark Eye Circles

As many of us advance in years we begin to notice all sorts of things about our faces. In some cases it may be wrinkles or dry skin or maybe you have noticed that you have dark circles forming under your eyes. In some cases this may simply mean that you aren’t getting enough sleep. The good news is that there are natural remedies that can help correct this problem.

Naturally the number one thing to do is to make sure you get plenty of rest. Aside from that you should also make sure that you drink plenty of water. This will help to flush out waste and toxins from your body which is one of the things that cause these dark circles to form in the first place.

Placing a slice of cucumber on each eye for about 15 minutes each day also helps to lighten these dark circles. This is because the cucumber absorbs the dirt and waste below the skin.

Mixing equal amounts of tomato and lime juice also helps this problem. Soak a cotton ball in the mixture and place on eyes for up to 15 minutes twice a day.

Following these tips should help eliminate the occurrence of dark circles under your eyes and make them feel refreshed and healthy.
